Available Military Discount Programs
Gold Star Family Discount
City Connect proudly recognizes the sacrifice made by Gold Star Families. Eligible Gold Star Family households may qualify for a special discount on City Connect internet service after review and approval.
Who May Qualify
- An immediate family member of a fallen service member
- A resident of the City of Vineland
- The account holder at the qualifying service address
- Able to provide documentation confirming eligibility
Complete and submit the Gold Star Family Discount Application. City staff will review your application and any required documentation before a discount is approved.
Deployed Military Discount
Military service members deployed outside of the United States and its territories may qualify for a special discount while serving abroad. This program is designed to help military families stay connected during deployment.
Who May Qualify
- The military member is currently deployed outside the United States and its territories
- The military member is a resident of the City of Vineland
- The qualifying service account is connected to the military member or qualifying household
- Required deployment and residency documentation can be provided
Complete and submit the Deployed Military Discount Application. City staff will review the application, confirm eligibility, and contact you with next steps.
How the Application Process Works
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed for eligibility, documentation, service availability, and account requirements.
Review the Program
Choose the program that best matches your household: Gold Star Family Discount or Deployed Military Discount.
Complete the Application
Download and complete the appropriate application form. Make sure all required information is included.
Provide Documentation
You may be asked to provide documentation confirming military status, deployment status, residency, or account ownership.
Submit for Review
Submit the completed application and required documents for review by City staff.
Receive Next Steps
If your household qualifies, City Connect or City staff will contact you with next steps for applying the approved discount.
