When will service be available in my area?
Service will roll out in phases. Use Check Availability to see whether your address is currently serviceable. A future service date may not yet be available for every address.
What internet speeds are offered?
City Connect has symmetrical residential speed options of 250 Mbps, 1 Gig (1,000 Mbps), and 5 Gig (5,000 Mbps). Availability depends on location and equipment.
Are contracts required?
Residential service is offered month to month, without a long-term contract. Please review the applicable service terms before ordering.
How do I pay my bill?
For current billing and account options, contact 856-794-4000 or vinelandbroadband@vinelandcity.org. Online account-management options should be confirmed at enrollment.
Is equipment included?
Equipment information, including applicable charges or service conditions, will be provided during enrollment.
Can I switch from my current provider?
Yes, once City Connect service is available at your address. Keep your existing service active until your installation is complete and working.
